Andrea Keating, Founder/CEO
Andrea Keating introduced the industry to the concept of a freelance film and video staffing company in 1988. And since then, “It’s been an incredible experience made all the better by great clients, fabulously talented crews and the best team on Earth working right along with me.” At Crews Control, Andrea is constantly thinking about how to serve her clients better. That’s her number one objective. As for her other, more whimsical goals, she’d like to invent an everyday product, go to cooking school, and finally learn how to whistle.

Polly Crouse, Operations Manager/Collections
Polly is Andrea’s right hand and she is always looking for new ways to make Crews Control run more efficiently. She manages major contracts and the accounts receivable functions and is the resident spreadsheet expert extraordinaire. Her witty outbursts entertain the office on a daily basis. She loves pina coladas and getting caught in the rain, or maybe just cheesy 70’s and 80’s music. She knows every word to the movie GREASE and hopes one day to eat and drink her way through Italy.

Bonnie Sneeringer, Comptroller
Bonnie has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll management. Her specialty is establishing system procedures and accounting controls. She juggles her financial statements and spreadsheets at work as well as one husband, two daughters and a dog at home.

Valerie Stedman Nolan, Vice President of Production
Valerie’s cool head and ability to put out fires with ease makes her a client favorite. She’s the office IT wizard and our resident trivia champ, which should give you at least a hint as to how darn smart she is. She’d like to make an entry into the Encyclopedia of Life, continue to travel, and maybe even get over her hang-up about the strange texture of popsicle sticks on your tongue.

Rebekah Toth, Production Manager
“Crews Control is an excellent place to work because of our team,” Rebekah says. “We enjoy the work, have fun with each other and are very well fed. This great atmosphere shines through to every shoot we book, conversation we have, and e-mail we send.” No challenge is too big for Rebekah. She can even pat her head and rub her belly at the same time. When she isn’t camping, white-water rafting, or trying some new food, she’s reaching for the crown of podcasting princess.

Kate Waterfall, Production Manager
Kate’s had extensive field production experience, which helps her find just the right crew for your job. Kate is a powerhouse—at work and at play. She runs, hikes, bikes and swims. She can speak and sing in a variety of characters and styles, which she used to do professionally for TV and radio. Give her a call and hear for yourself. And be sure to ask her why it is that she’s never thrown away an issue of National Geographic.

Cricket Capucci, Production Manager
“I have never worked with such a creative and talented team,” says Cricket (which isn’t her given name, by the way). She believes in living life to the fullest, which is a motto she applies day-to-day as she helps video producers get their productions done (with the world’s best crews, of course). She’ll match you with the perfect crew for your project so quickly that you’ll still have time to ask her about her volunteer position as a sports league official.

Ashley Amezcua, Production Assistant
Ashley has a great attitude and a positive spirit that is infectious. Her job? “To support the production managers by any means possible!” She is also the point person in shepherding new crews through the application process. Ashley’s been a PA on movie sets and someday hopes to produce and direct films—and to make county music videos. She is secretly addicted to celebrity gossip and takes more pictures that any human on earth. Her love for cheese is almost as powerful as her hatred for pickles.

Carolyn Bean, Accounts Reconciliation Manager
Carolyn says Crews Control is the best place she’s ever worked. Carolyn handles the management of our accounts payable and receivable with speed and efficiency—and we love her for that, among other things. If you’ve only talked to Carolyn by phone, you may not know how much she loves to experiment with her hair. We’ll need to update this photo every few weeks. Now that Carolyn is a recent empty nester with her two boys off in college she takes care of the Crews Control staff by being the office chef, pharmacist and chauffer.

Candi Madgwick, Office Manager
As the Crews Control Office Manager Candi is responsible for everything that goes in, out and on in the office. Her extraordinary organizational skills keep the entire team on track. She loves to travel, has driven cross country four times and her favorite vacation was spending time in her mother’s seaside hometown south of London. She loves to write and won a regional DAR writing competition in her younger years and makes a mean cheese soufflé.

Lisa Shenkle, Director of Public Relations
As much of a detective as she is a PR practitioner, Lisa can sniff out an interesting press angle from miles away. And with exciting crew shoots happening around the world every day, Crews Control has plenty of great stories for her to tell. Always looking for a dynamic photo and a fresh news lead, Lisa shares crew and client news with the industry and mainstream media both near and far... of course she needs a ton of pens to keep up with this busy group!
